About Peggy

Meet Peggy

Hi, I’m Peggy Belt, retired teacher, wife, mom, grandma extraordinaire, community volunteer, public speaker, lifelong learner, and these days, an independent insurance broker who still can’t quite stop teaching!

I spent much of my career as a high school English and speech teacher, as well as a college instructor, and while I may have traded the classroom for conversations about Medicare and retirement, my approach really has not changed much: Education First. Relationships Always.

I believe you deserve to understand your options before you are ever asked to make a decision. The subject of Medicare comes with an overwhelming amount of information, unfamiliar terminology and goodness knows plenty of alphabet soup. My job is to help make sense of it all, answer your questions in plain English and give you the confidence to choose what works best for you.

Those relationships are also at the heart of how I run my business. I’m not interested in simply selling you a policy and disappearing. I want to be someone you know, trust and feel comfortable calling when you have a question, this year and for many years to come.
